My goal as a trainer is to provide clients with guidance on reaching a high level of physical fitness and improving their movement efficiency. I believe that hard work combined with individualized programming can help anyone achieve a greater quality of life. As an aspiring physical therapist, a major focus throughout training will be attaining pain free full range of motion throughout the body. While eliminating mobility restrictions through increasing strength and flexibility, I enjoy challenging clients to progress towards advanced training methods.
I come from an athletic background, playing basketball, soccer, and football. To stay active my hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, swimming and climbing. I encourage all my clients to consider fitness as a lifestyle; a fully functional body is earned in great part by the work done outside the gym.

We are located in Oakland, blocks away from Kaiser Permanente Hospital, on Piedmont Ave. The gym is called Fit Evolution and it is a fully equipped private training studio. We have everything you need to get a great workout.
