How often should I train?
Training frequency depends on experience and the goals that you are striving for. As a general recommendation 3-4 times per week will get you well on your way.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts are one hour, however it is highly encouraged that clients show up early to complete a warm-up and stay later to perform a cool down. To maximize you results plan on an extra 10-15 minutes before and after the workout.
When can I expect results?
Training can take months of consistent focus and effort to achieve significant changes in your body. Along the way you will become stronger, increase your mobility, lose fat and gain muscle.
Can I work out with a friend?
Yes, buddy training is a great way to make training more fun and increase accountability. You may train with up to three other people and you will receive a discounted rate.
